You should use the ODBC provider to make connections for joining for
non-geographic data. Don't specify a geometry property in the editor
once you make the connection. Use this as a secondary source and join to
your geometry data.

I was wondering if I can give additional informations in the property
frame, optained JOINing a MySQL alphanumeric table. I tried
experimenting with MapGuide Studio, but it seems he can work with
geograhic tables only.
