Thanks for the corrected document.  I noticed that the config document
is pointing to a network file.  By default the server service account
does not have access to network drives.  You may have to run the
MapGuide server service under a different account.

Still the same error.  No I know that I'm going a little against the
grain with .NET instead of PHP, but I think that is irrelevant with
Studio at this point.
