Hi,
I have tested provider with very few data files.
One problem we found (thanks to Knight Gregory) and solved in v0.1.2 was with buffer to small for big geometries,
but it would throw exception so this is not your case.
If you can share with me sample of you data It would be quickest way to solve.
I can look at it in a couple days.

I tried loading data via the MsSqlSpatial FDO provider using FDO2FDO as
shown in your flash tutorial. Tables get created with the appropriate
fields, but it loads 0 features. Any ideas?
