[mapguide-users] Solution for MGServer.exe hanging on Service Start?

What was the solution to the service not being able to start? One server
reboot mgserver.exe takes 25% of the process and just hangs. Must be the DB
issue people have been talking about. What was the solution to this? I want
to reset but not lose sites.
