[mapguide-users] Any example how connect to ArcSDE from code with FDO

Hi everyone, 

Somebody has an example about how connect to ArcSDE (FDO) from code. I use
.NET and I think that my problem is the string connection. I pass the
server, the instance, the user and the password.

Please if someones has an example code in .NET about an ArcSDE connection I
will be really grateful.
