You cannot see the tables on the datasource. That is by design. The 
tables are considered schema's within the datasource.

You should be able to see all the tables, when you are creating the layer.

When working with databases, I would recommend not using any non-english 
charaters, even though the database supports it. Many third-party 
applications break when they encounter such characters.

Did you enter the center coordinate on the map?

Try looking at the MapGuide log files. They should be in
C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource\Server\Logs

There might be a message if something went wrong.
