[mapguide-users] DWF Viewer does not show labels

I was using MGOS Ajax viewer, everything was just fine but when I tried DWF viewer it doesn't show label at start-up but when I zoom in to at least once then it start showing labels, any idea why not labels at start-up? all the parameters are exactly same.
