Yes, our download server is down.  Heating problems in the datacenter or
something. :(

Unfortunately, looking at the providers.xml or the core MapGuide version
number won't give you whether it's an RC or not; it was all held back
for the GDAL providers and the core versions weren't revved.  Your best
bet might be to look at gdal13.dll and the GRFP*.dll in the
server/bin/fdo directory.

Here are some details from my install; not totally sure if it's
deterministic either:

Gdal13.dll - 3846144 bytes - August 18 2007, 14:51:06
GRFPProvider.dll - 282624 bytes - August 17 2007, 16:08:38 - File
version 3.2.2.66
GRFPOverrides.dll - 77824 bytes - August 17 2007, 16:08:04 - File

That's what I starting to think, I'm sure it was 1.2 final I downloaded
and installed. But looking in the fdo providers.xml it seems to be
referencing
3.2.2 and not 3.2.3

I'm using version 1.2.0.1801 what release is it?

I have just tried downloading MG again but I'm having problems with the
website downloads don't seem to be working.
