FmTilingEngine Error:

Unable to connect to MapGuide

Ensure MapGuide Service is Running

Make sure the correct MapGuide DLLs and Webconfig.ini
are present in the FmTilingEngine directory

ErrLog.txt is empty, although I did use -l switch. What should I check else?
