Hmmm. The only projected coordinate systems with the Luzon datum I see
in the PROJ list are

I can't find a pre-defined Zone 50 with your datum. So you may have to
create your own WKT string for that coordinate system. Or, if all your
data are using the same coordinate system, you can just try using an
arbitrary XY coordinate system.
