[mapguide-users] MGE 2008 service problems

MGE 2008 server service is stopping and unable to restart i have to manually
do that every so often
i checked even viewer and found  following error

Faulting application mgserver2008.exe, version 1.2.0.4103, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0001a379.

also found the warning 

The content index filter for file "c:\program files\common files\autodesk
shared\gis\coordsys\11g\ostn97.txt" generated content data more than 8 
times the file's size.

please let me know if any one has this problem.
