[mapguide-users] Map width and height in pixels

Is there a way to get the dimensions of the map frame in pixels? I have
tried:

mapHeight = mapFrame.document.body.clientHeight;
mapWidth = mapFrame.document.body.clientWidth;

...which seems to work, but does not update when you drag the layers pane
and resize the map. It always returns the original dimensions.
