[mapguide-users] Error creating Layer using MgResourceService::SetResource method

Hi,

I am trying to create a layer using xml schema files
(http://localhost/mapguide2009/mapagent/index.html --> SetResource).
Although after clicking 'submit', the page doesn't display any error,
however, upon viewing the layer's folder within MG Studio (or Maestro), the
following error is thrown :

"System.Exception: The remote server returned an error: (559)
MgNullArgumentException.: 
Argument is null.
Exception occurred in method MgXmlUtil.GetNodeList at line 331 in file
d:\buildforgeprojects\carrera_nightly\build_32.2\ent\os\common\foundation\System/XmlUtil.cpp"

This results in a corrupted package.

On the contrary, creating a feature source using the same functionality
works fine. The layer is infact the one that I already created using MGE &
then exported as XML.
