[mapguide-users] Error creating Layer using MgResourceService::SetResource method

Can you post the Xml somewhere for verification?
I have seen a similar error once, when I managed to insert a broken xml 
file as the header.
I fixed it by deleting the folder, and inserting the correct Xml.
