[mapguide-users] Map Layer limits?

Is there a limit on the amount of layers that can be added to a map? I have
one layer that shows up with a ?, just like the rest when the map, or web
page is loading, but when its done loading the one layer isnt there? 

On the map page it isnt turned off from the legend either? thanks.
