Yes i set the extent manually from the layer definition. I 'm sure on it. Thank you for the information. I'll try to find out my mistakes..

You should be able to view Topology.
My guess is that extent is not reported correctly so you dont see data right away in preview.
If you create layer and zoom manually to location...
 
You could use Fdo2Fdo to check extents as well to  query data.
 
Write is not supported yet (  there are some plans).

I'd like to know if King Oracle FDO support Oracle Topology Data Model. I've tried but i could not preview the geometry from MapGuide Studion. However, the geometry correctly detected from the layer definition.
