Hi Gunter,
                    I already tried Creating Tile Index Config Files after changing the parameters for the MGOS2.0.1 andit use to create new connection for the Image Feature source .I can preview the layers using MapGuide Studio2009 but after using Tile Index as well as built in pyramids for ecw file ,I still use to get the same errors as below.
* Out of memory (Infact i tried to run some batch file as well as another script to monitor the memory usage and restart the mapguide service to avoid memeory leakage.)
* Failed to stylize layer
* with some ecw files when zoom at certain scales no image display and get the error (Cannot create any more connections to the OSGeo.Gdal FDO provider)

Thks
Max !!

Hi Max,

please habe a look at  http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/wiki/FdoGdalNotes Creating
Tile Index Config Files . Maybe you can build a tile index for your
ecw-files. That will minimiz the file access. But I don't know if this works
with ecw.
