Hi ,
Yeh i do remember about EPSG:4019 and as well as its deprecation from the EPSG ,hence i change my MapCoordinate System to same as my Raster Layer Coordinate System-LL84(EPSG:4326) and its working great, i think the EPSG:4019 came from one the base layer *.shp File and when u drag that layer in MapGuide Studio ,it automatically define the MapCoordinate system depending on the First Layer, hence i unable to notice this  issue and also its working in MGE 2008 ,but once i tried with MGOS 2.0.1 , i got the whole point and corrected my problem,Thks Zac !!
Max !

Remember EPSG:4019 is like a fallback default EPSG code and most
likely incorrect
