[mapguide-users] image tile indexes from Maestro?

Right you are - reinstalling did a whole lot of nothing. It's so strange
that they've just gone missing....I've done nothing to the server. I've
tried the csenumeratecategoriesform.html link you suggested in the trac,
and I do only get that one category...I've tried copying my
categories.txt file (and restarting the server) to the nad folder, but
no luck. It's definitely still working fine with coord systems though. I
just can't actually set any in Maestro, which is pretty annoying.
