Andy,

I wonder if there is a way that you can point the user to an
ApplicationDefinition on disk that is an aspx/php page.  That way you
could re-write the ApplicationDefinition based on the referrer or
something?

Thanks for the MapMenu widget possibility.  That may work out okay
pointing
to a library folder, and I'll have to figure out how to hide the widget
itself from the end-user.
