If you get that message, your feature source is using the Autodesk 
raster provider.
If you have MapGuide Enterprise 2009, you should re-install it.
If you upgrade FDO, be carefull not to overwrite the providers.xml file.

If you do not have MapGuide Enterprise 2009, but MapGuide Open Source 2.0.0,
you have to create the layer without load procedures. (I assume you are 
using MapGuide Studio).
Select "New dataconnection" and select the GDAL provider.
In the dialog, enter the full path to the raster file/folder (try a 
local path before a network path).
