  You cannot use MWF files with MapGuide Open Source or MapGuide Enterprise.
  Those will only work with MapGuide 6.5.
  Autodesk has a free "Migration" tool that can import a MWF file into MGOS
or MGE.

  The studio url uses the resourceID:
  Library://Ag Base/Mpg Urbanisme.WebLayout

  Which is a valid weblayout resource ID.

        Somewhere you are passing a string that should start with
"Library://" but does not.
        Perhaps you are loading the weblayout, but passing the string like:
        ?weblayout=MyLayout.WebLayout
        when it should be
        ?weblayout=Library://folder/MyLayout.WebLayout

        What url does the page have that emits the error message?
