[mapguide-users] connecting through Mapguide Studio 2009

Using the directions on the page below for install and configure I get 'The
user ID and Password is invalid.  Please try again.  First guess is a typo,
but not the case here.  I am using MGOS 2.0 which is compatible with MGS
2009
