[mapguide-users] Creating Streets and info

Hi everybody,
Seeing the MapGuide viewer example I saw that when the mouse cursor is over a street it displays a message with informations about the street. I'd like to make something similar. I need to create streets and infos too. How can I do?
I hope you can help me starting
