[mapguide-users] Problem connecting to ArcSDE9.2

I am currently using OSGeo.ArcSDE.3.3 FDO and trying to connect to an
ArcSDE9.2 database using Maestro.  When I try to set up a new data
connection and use the "Test Connection" button, I get the following error
message:

The remote server returned an error: (559) MgFdoException.: 
An exception occurred in FDO component.
FDO Provider entry point function 'CreateConnection' returned NULL. 
Exception occurred in method MgFdoConnectionManager.Open at line 262 in file
d:\build\mapguide_open_source_v2.0\build_30.11\mgdev\server\src\common\manager\FdoConnectionManager.cpp


I have checked the dlls and they all seem to be in the correct folder
(Server\Bin\FDO).  Does anyone have any suggestions of what the problem and
solution might be?
