Hi Steve,
You can try copying the dll to C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\Server\Bin\FDO.
Depends is a program to found out which dlls a binary uses.

I have the file "msvcr71.dll" located here "C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin". Is
that dll supposed to be copied over to C:\Program

What do you mean by "does depend show any missing dll on sde.dll?
Sorry for my elementary questions...I am more of a GIS user than a
developer, but trying to learn as I go.
