I think that Kori Maleski (the guy at WebSoft that wrote the
application) has moved on to another company.

Zac Spitzer has created an OpenLayers-based tile seeder, but it is a
client-based solution and likely has less control (error reporting, etc)
than a dedicated client would.

I sent Websoft an e-mail. I'm suspicious that all the dates I've seen on
their website are 2007 or earlier.

If you're happy to make available your PHP scripts I'll gladly give them
