[mapguide-users] Mapguide site works fine on host machine, not running properly on others

I have just started to use mapguide, Great program!!

I have downloaded the google earth sample and loaded it to my machine (localhost)
http://data.mapguide.com/mapguide/DynamicKml/GoogleEarth.php

I had to change a line of code to make the thing work: header('Content-type: application/vnd.google-earth.kml+xml'); thanks to a previous post

http://n2.nabble.com/Google-Earth-and-MapGuide-Example-td1817668.html#a1817668

I have also changed the server name in various parts of the code files

The sample works perfectly on my machine but when I try to run it from another machine within our secure network the KMLContentFactory.php does not generate a KML file. (the rest of mapguide works fine thou)

I have also turned a few layers on for a WMS server. It works great on my computer but when I try another machine it tells me that a WMS server is there but it refuses to actually display anything.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? I have set my permissions for the mapguide folder to be readable and writeable to everyone. I am using IIS on a Windows XP computer. Any ideas? Is it something with the server I am running or with the code in mapguide?
