What coordinate system is your raster image in? If it's not a format that supports embedded coordinate system information then you need to use the override to assign it's coordinate system otherwise the system doesn't know what it needs to convert from. The override isn't used for converting to something else it's for assigning missing information. For example if your raster is UTM12 and your Map is LL84 assign UTM12 to your image via the override. Before you know if things are working correctly add the raster image to a new map and it should default to the coordinate system of the override. Preview this to see that it works.

If the vector data has a different coordinate system and that is what you wish to convert to add that layer to a new map first. Then when you add the raster image the system will determine it needs to transform the raster.

If you wish you can specify another coordinate system entirely on the map and try to transform both the raster and the vector.

EPSG code webpage is awesome ty.

I tried to override system coordinate to match with
my map for the raster and vector image but the vector
image still small as before.

I tried many things but i cant manage to stick
my vector image with the raster one...
