Note that for MapGuide 2.0.2, the Map's coordinate system needs to be the same as that of the Raster.  Raster reprojection is not available until MapGuide 2.1.

If the vector data has a different coordinate system and that is what you wish to convert to add that layer to a new map first. Then when you add the raster image the system will determine it needs to transform the raster.

If you wish you can specify another coordinate system entirely on the map and try to transform both the raster and the vector.
