[mapguide-users] google mgp

I just installed mgos. I thought I had the latest version. Looking back, I see that 2.1 is a beta, so I didn't download that version.

LayerDefinition-1.3.0.xsd does not exist in MapGuide 2.0.x, it was introduced
in 2.1

So that package can only be loaded on MGE2010 or MGOS 2.1
