[mapguide-users] Some tiffs work and others don't - does
anybody know why?

If you are going to place all your images in one folder you should try to ensure they are all the same format, it's not really a requirement, but in terms of reducing the chance of errors and increasing efficiency it is.
Are you using the GDAL provider?
Can someone speak to the ideal Tiff format supported by the GDAL provider? Is it Tiled Tiff like MGE and the Autodesk provider or does this not matter?

Subject: [mapguide-users] Some tiffs work and others don't - does anybody know why?
Hi,
I am using MG2 with MGStudio9 and have lots of tiffs but some load and some
don't.
My process - I click New Data Connection then add the path to the tiffs and
when I go to view the data some tiffs are there but some give me this error:
An unclassified exception occurred.
I installed the FWTools and analysed the tiff that is not working and I have
posted the output below but to be honest I don't know what I'm looking at.
Can anybody help me get these tiffs working?
Any help or advice is welcome.
