The last time I had WMS issues I was pointed towards GAIA by Tom Fukushima:

This helps you to see all the capabilities to check that your WMS server is
serving OK - and should allow you to compare the layers/capabilities with
the WMS service that currently displays and the one from MG that doesn't.

You say all your coord systems are set - so this should not be an issue but
we have seen WMS fail to display in MapGuide where the bounding box at the
individual layer level were defined in a different SRS to the bounding box
at the hop of the capabilities.  Individual layer SRS need to be the same as
the .MapDefinition!  Was that clear?
