[mapguide-users] functiolaity difference of MapGuide OS and enterprise?

Hi all.
I'm confused about differences of mapguide OS and enterprise version. there sounds no difference.
but if really there is no difference (or i'm wrong about it) what's the benifit of MGOS to Autodesk?
