[mapguide-users] Create programmatically a map

Try to look at the Maestro code:
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/browser/trunk/Tools/Maestro/MaestroAPI/LocalNativeConnection.cs#L182
Hopefully you will find a small difference there.
