I think you also need the Redding.mgp package that has the invoke URL's
already setup in the main web layout. You can download it here:
http://www.spatialgis.com/Redding.mgp
Also, here is a readme file that I dug up:
In order to setup the application, you will need to:
1. extract the gt.zip file in the www folder
2. check the gtcontants.php file to validate the server path(s)
3. load the Redding.mgp package
4. create a user called Markup (password: markup) that has authoring
priviledges
OR
create your own user with an Author role and edit the source code
accordingly
5. the generic task commands are invoke URL calls

Thanks a bunch.
Any quick instructions on where to install and what files to install if I am
just considering the shared markup tool? I am assuming just install in a
folder in C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\WebServerExtensions\www and
create an invoke URL (will perhaps need some additional code changes).
I am testing with the shared markup tool and the Scribble tool for different
types of options for marking up the maps for my users. I've got the
scribble tool going and works pretty well. Learning more as I go.
I really appreciate all the help from the forum members. If there are
changes to the code for this tool (that I can figure out), I'll try to post
back to the forum.
