[mapguide-users] Zoom Slider does not display in AJAX in IE from https server

Good morning,
We have a MGO 2.0.2 site that is running from an IIS 6 ssl server.  Although
the zoom slider is turned on in the Web Layout, it does not show in the AJAX
viewer in IE 6 or IE 7.  It displays fine in Firefox.  All other icons show
correctly.  I did note that the Zoom Slider is a PNG while all other images
are gifs.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
