[mapguide-users] Installing Mapguide Step by step Process

The sample folder should be in the "www" folder, so that ..\webconfig.ini
will be pointing to a directory one level below it. (ie. It's looking for
C:\Program
Files\MapGuideOpenSource2.0\WebServerExtensions\www\webconfig.ini)
