[mapguide-users] Error Start mgserver When Upgrade/Install fdo

My new installation mapguide open source
My Mapguide Server Version
MapGuide Server (Version 2.1.0.3891)
MapGuide Site Administrator (Version 2.1.0.3891)

I stopped mgserver..

i downloded fdo http://www.jasonbirch.com/fdogdal/gdal_wavelet_3.4.zip ...
then copy and paste in d folder..
when i start server.. it error.. why?

May be someone can tell me how i wanna do this.. step by step.. i followed
from website and previous post... but still error..
