[mapguide-users] Bitonal Image Problem

Using MapGuide 2.0.2, Windows 2008 Server, PHP/Apache Bundle.

In Maestro I¹ve added a bitonal TIFF image.  I¹ve double checked the tiff
image in ArcGIS and it is 1bpp.  I¹ve set the layer to show the background
as transparent but it does not change anything, nor will it change the
foreground color.  I¹ve looked through pasts posts and nabble and haven¹t
found anything that has helped me resolve this issue.

Has anyone used a bitonal image in MapGuide and please let me know of any
experience you¹ve had that may help me with this problem.
