[mapguide-users] Posting Guidelines

Hi Andy.

I will try to help out a bit here.
Will you start a wiki page, that I can append to?

For starters I think we need at least a wiki page
with the posting guidelines suggested by Dave,
and this extra bullet:

* Include any relevant messages from the error log in the request.
