[mapguide-users] Print layouts

hi 
i am wondering  if anyone has sucessfully created print app. where user can
able to print to whatever scale they want and scale bar would print
correctly. i am having issue with scale bar. 

1. it always shows kilometers -- how to change that
2. logo can not be added - i did all the solutions from pervious discussions

it would be good to have GUI based print layout in studio where one can put
the logo , titile and other stff and it will create nessessary xml for print
layout. 

please let me know if any one has the sample for plotting with correct scale
bars. i am not using fusion and not planning on using it ..
