[mapguide-users] Bookmarking Revisited - LINKTOVIEW

Latest fusion 1.1 from branch. You can find my
ApplicationDefinition.xml in the nanaimomap folder. Everything else
should be in the html and nanaimo.js (or something like that). Be
aware that some extensions (redlining at least) are proprietary.
