[mapguide-users] Can't connect to MySQL

I had already tried sp1, the second link and a file search only finds msvcr80.dll. As far as the mg msi goes, I did get prompted, but I did the repair by re-running the msi, not from Control Panel. After that install, ver 9 is still not there. I may have to try again, but this time, in addition to an uninstall, make sure the install dir's are clean.

Only the second should be required (because that's what MG was built using) but...

As an aside, MG 2.1 will not re-install the runtime in a repair install; it's done during the bootstrap phase and is not part of the MSI.

I uninstalled the runtime, rebooted, and did a repair of mapguide so it would install the redistributable from the setup package and I depends still show all the provider dll's look for version 9.
