[mapguide-users] Mixing lines and points in a single layer with MGOS 2.1 and Fusion 2.0

Thanks Kenneth and Zac.  It had not occured to me to sort my shapefiles. 
This this was an easy solution that will let me fix a couple of other minor
isses as well.
