[mapguide-users] MGOS 2.1.0.4114 install on Server 2008

I had one extra step to get MGOS 2.1.0.3891 to install on Windows Server 2008
64 bit, a huge improvement over 2.0.  If you are using 32 bit Windows then I
think no extra steps are needed.

To get MGOS 2.1.0.3891 to work in 64 bit Windows Server 2008, set "Enable 32
bit Applications" to "True" in the Advanced properties of the
"MapGuideAppPool" in the "Application Pools" of IIS Manager.
This option allows the 32 bit ISAPI module to work in the 64 bit
environment.
