Hi,

Can i disable mouse right click, left click and mouse wheel functions for a
Map

I want these functions should not work for the map
like 
. On right click context menu should not come
. On left click features shoule not select
. On mouse wheel move the zoom in and zoom out function should not work

Is there any way to do this
