You can turn off the context menu in Studio, simply uncheck the box. The only way to have a right click to select is to have them click the toolbar to select, so remove the select button. Both of these are on the web layout. You can also make all of the layers non-selectable (this is on the map). AFAIK, to disable the mouse wheel you will need to find the code that controls the wheel function and remove it.
But WHY??? (just curious)

. On mouse wheel move the zoom in and zoom out function should not work
Is there any way to do this
