[mapguide-users] Modify Scale Ranges Of a Layers

hi everyone, 

I m Using MGOS,Ajaxviewer,C#.net,Javascript.

I want to keep permanently the modified scale ranges of a layers.

I already have done By modifing the XML file of Layerdefinition for changing
the scale dynamically.
And it is working fine also. But it exists till the session end. I want to
keep it permanently.

please give me any idea
