Some additional information...when I click on the Measure tool, Firebug
reports the following error:

Error: GetMapFrame().SetMapCursor is not a function

The code for that line is:

GetMapFrame().SetMapCursor("measure");

I checked my test server and it has the same code.  I've also copied
measure.php, measureui.php, measureui.templ from the test server and
replaced those file on the production server.  Still doesn't work...still
scratching my head...any suggestions???  Thanks.
